Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client: 1. A cancellation made 30 days or more before the event date will result in a full refund of the initial 50% deposit. 2. A cancellation made less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. 3. The $100 refundable phone damage deposit will always be returned in full upon cancellation. • Cancellation by Lovewaves: In the unlikely event that Lovewaves needs to cancel the booking, the client will receive a full refund, including the 50% deposit and the $100 refundable damage deposit.
