No, our phones are completely wireless and require no outside connection or power supply to work, which means they can be placed anywhere!

Each audio message in the guestbook typically lasts from a few seconds to a few minutes. We will make sure there is plenty of storage to record all the messages from your event.

Unfortunately, our phones do not have a playback function. However, there’s no limit to the number of messages you can record, so feel free to leave as many as you'd like and have fun!

You can leave a variety of messages, from heartfelt well-wishes and favorite memories to marriage advice or funny moments with the newlyweds. If you're unsure of what to say, our friendly on-site assistant will be happy to guide you!

We will be collecting your intro messages 1 week before your event. For Audio Guestbook, you can send us an audio file not longer than 10s in MP3 format For Video Guestbook, kindly record your video in the specifications below: Format: Landscape, Timing: Not longer than 10s in File dimensions: 1920x1080 MP4 format

Our bookings are already open through December 2026, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible to guarantee availability!

Your date will only be secured once the 50% first payment is made. Until then, the date isn’t held, so it’s still open for others. Let us know if you need any help with the process—we’d love to lock in your date!

We will send out your booking confirmation and invoice once the initial 50% of payment has been made!

You can change your booking date or chosen style of your guestbook up to 14 days before your event date at no charge, subject to availability. You can cancel your booking 31 days or more before your event date and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 31 to 11 days before your event date you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation or booking changes are not possible within 7 days of your wedding date. No refund or credit can be issued in this instance.
