An Audio/Video Guestbook is a modern and interactive way for guests to leave personal messages at an event, such as a wedding, birthday, or corporate gathering. Instead of signing a traditional paper guestbook, guests can record a short audio or video message that captures their well-wishes, memories, or thoughts in a more personal and lasting format.
Audio Guestbook: The guests will first listen to a pre-recorded greeting from the couple (or event hosts). After the greeting, guests can record their well-wishes into the phone, with no limit to the number of messages they can leave. Once they hang up, their message is saved as one recording. All the recordings are digitally stored, providing a unique and lasting keepsake of your event that you can cherish for years to come.
Video Guestbook: Similar to the audio version, but with the added feature of video, allowing guests to leave messages that include both their voice and visual presence.

No, our phones are completely wireless and require no outside connection or power supply to work, which means they can be placed anywhere!
Each audio message in the guestbook typically lasts from a few seconds to a few minutes. We will make sure there is plenty of storage to record all the messages from your event.
Unfortunately, our phones do not have a playback function. However, there’s no limit to the number of messages you can record, so feel free to leave as many as you'd like and have fun!
You can leave a variety of messages, from heartfelt well-wishes and favorite memories to marriage advice or funny moments with the newlyweds. If you're unsure of what to say, our friendly on-site assistant will be happy to guide you!
